Complete redesign for a site focused on corporate social responsibility.

Overview

CSRwire is a digital hub devoted to sharing news, events and reports all focused on corporate social responsibility. I had the opportunity to partner up with the team at 3BL Media / CSRwire to redesign the website from the ground up.

The Task

My first task was to take inventory of the entire website in order to restructure the pages and to create a sitemap. Then I created wireframes and determined the content needed on each page including modules, features, filters, etc. New objectives were taken into consideration and mapped accordingly. Next, I began the design process. Most of the articles and stories on the website are submitted by outside sources so, a big challenge was for the design to be flexible enough for a small or large amount of information.

Additionally, I created a collection of icons specifically for the website, a handoff guide for the developers and guidelines for the internal team to successfully build out future assets.
